Shopping at Yorokonde is very easy.
If you click on the shopping card icon, you can add the items you like to purchase to the shopping card. You can always change your mind and remove the articles from your shopping card if you want to. When you are done adding articles to the shopping card, you are ready to proceed with buying them. However, before you place your order, you probably want to verify the content of your shopping basket. By clicking on the button labelled “Display Items” in the top left corner, you will open a detailed list of your shopping card. This is where you verify your shopping card one last time, before placing the actual order.
Once you have put all the articles you wish to purchase in your shopping card, you can continue on to the checkout process by clicking on the appropriate button. If you are registered you can log in, choosing between your preferred shipping and payment method.
If you do not have an account yet, please create a new customer account or order as a guest (please be aware that you cannot pre-order any items as a guest). After completing the registration please confirm our terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy. Please check your personal information again.
Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order again. Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched and sent on the same or next business day. You will receive a tracking number and the status of your order will be changed.
If you want to pre-order an item, simply add it to your card and select the “Pre-order”-button. You will be asked to sign in to your account. If you are registered and logged in, you are ready to start the checkout process. If you are not yet registered, please create a new account. Pre-ordering as a guest is not possible.
Once you have entered your data, your pre-order will be visible under the menu point “My pre-orders”. You will receive a confirmation regarding your pre-order. As soon as your pre-order is on the way to us, we will change the status of your pre-order to “in stock soon”. We will infrom you immediately, when the item has arrived at our destination.
You can finalize all available items – either pre-orders or regular orders – by transferring them to your basket. If more items are being released at the same time or will be within a 30 day limit, you can have them shipped together.
Please be aware that we consider pre-orders as binding. However, as long as your pre-order has not been released yet, you may cancel it. If cancellations happen on a frequent basis, we will, at some point, not accept any pre-orders from you any more. The same applies for pre-orders that you have not accessed and processed.
As soon as an item is on its way to us, the items detail page will receive a status update. This will also be displayed in your account under the menu point „My pre-orders“. Please note that delivery to us will always be via a variety of different carriers (by sea, air, etc.), so status may change while in transport.
Pre-orders for popular items are sometimes completely sold out. In this case we can add you to a waiting list, in case another customer cancels her/his purchase the next customer on this waiting list will get the item.
We will gladly try to provide you with items that you do not find in our choice of products or that are already sold out in our store. Please contact us in this case. If the item can be sourced by us, we will send you an offer immediately. Please take note that individual orders like this are not cancellable.
Items in stock will be shipped next day at the latest.
Requested items are not in stock, but can be purchased for you at short notice if still available in wholesale.
Products that are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks are on their way to us and will be available shortly.
We ship exclusively with DHL. If you are registered with DHL for Packstation services, we will gladly ship to a Packstation of your choice.
Preferred payment method is advance payment wire transfer to our bank account. We also accept PayPal, as well as cash on delivery (for customers in Germany). For shipping and invoices we will always use the customer address you entered in your account on Yorokonde.de, so addresses you entered in your PayPal account will be ignored. Regular customers can also pay by invoice (A minimum of 4 successfully completed orders are required. Only for customers in Germany and Austria).
As a registered user at Yorokonde you can manage your personal data and settings through your personal account page. To access your personal account page, you have to log on.
Link your Yorokonde account to your Facebook account with just one click. You will find further explanation under “Social Media”.
If you want to order an item at a later time, you can put it on your wishlist. The number of items that are on your wish list, we will displayed on the top right corner.
If you need our support and have already created an account, then please fill out the inquiry form by clicking on support request in your customer account.
Once we responded to your support request, you will receive an email notice. In your customer account you need to click on the support menu item. There you can find your support requests as well as our answers.
If you wish to contact us and not already have a customer account, please click on “Contact” under Shop Service on the bottom of our site. You can also reach us by email to info (at) yorokonde.de.
If you have any questions concerning an item in our store, please click “Questions about this item” on the items detail page. Fill in the support form, then click send and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For new customers
If you are not registered in our shop, please click on the button “Sign in with Facebook”. After login in to Facebook you will be redirected to the sign-up page on Yorokonde.de. Please fill in the necessary data to finish the registration process.
For existing customers
Please click on “Link account” in your account settings. After successful Facebook login you will be redirected to the sign-up page on Yorokonde.de. Please fill in the necessary data to finish the registration process.
