Terms and Conditions

With your order you give us the permission to ship items to you. You are responsible to any activities that occur under your account.

Orders for available items have to be payed within 8 days.  After this period without receiving any payment we have to cancel your order and your account.

All orders will be shipped by DHL/Deutsche Post.

In terms of returns and refunds always contact us first. We will not accept returns without our permission. Returned goods have to be in an unopened and saleable condition. All requests of returns must be made within 8 days of delivery. We will not refund the shipping cost for returns.
